I had a very positive experience at this Verizon location. I was assisted by Sarah the first time and by Cole the second time. I was returning back to Verizon after just a couple days on a different service and was having trouble getting my phone number set back up. It was in a sort of limbo. Both people were very patient while working with me and the various departments we had to call into. All in all, I'm all set back up with Verizon, and I didn't have to resort to changing my number! Thank you.
When in today for an issue with my phone. I was helped by Clay he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my issue.
Awful service. Been Verizon customer for many many years, went in to upgrade my phone got told the only way to upgrade was to sign up for a much more expensive plan. Seriously think the guy that helped me was trying to push a plan and thought I'd be like ok. Nope, changing my service tired of Verizon, and this store and the guy that "helped" me are the reason.
