Long wait time. 5 reps, 3 customers, hard to explain why I had to wait 30+ minutes to be seen.
My wife and I got new phones about a week ago. An employee named Cole helped us. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Today I went back to turn in a phone and active one of our old phones with a new number. This guy, I didn't catch his name, was seemingly in a hurry or something. I felt like I interrupted his wedding to help me with turning the old phone and activating the other. Also, the activated one had problems with the camera where only the factory reset would fix it.
