I had come there about two months back to deal with a watch issue which had gone wrong bc not only had Verizon screwed me over by not sending it to me but by not giving me the credit even after going in store. I see a lot of bad reviews here about Paige so I'd like to come on here and say that Paige was very kind to me, and professional. She did try to push me into a new phone, but after I said no she was very supportive with my decision. Paige definitely seems like a match energy's type of person. Treat her with kindness and respect, and I'm sure she'll do the same
I will never do business with Verizon again based on my interaction with the manager Paige. The whole experience was awful!
Was not explained details of promo at time of purchase. Repeat delays on shipping our phones with no communication from Verizon. When I come into the store to get information, it depends who you get if they are smart enough to access it. Was just spoken down to by an employee named Paige….SUPER RUDE! This is how you lose a customer…
The person Andy that helped lied about the promotion and then internet and a phone bill is 243$ and my phone is fully paid for so I just needed service and no o e could explain to us why
