Big shout-out to "JD" for walkin' this olde lady through the upgrade - the details of my new phone! I've been to a lot of Verizon stores over the years - but - this particular store is over-the-top in patient, customer service (a biggie). It just doesn't get any better.
We stopped in on a Sunday to get some help for my mom's cell phone and Atlana took care of us. She was so professional and patient and helped us. She went above and beyond to make sure all my mom's needs were met as well as helping her get a better cell phone plan. Atlana even helped me troubleshoot an issue I was having with my phone that I didn't know could be changed. This store is very fortunate that she works there. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
