This Review is for Pearl and Luis . I had a 5 g business internet that I had for years and approx 4 mos ago the modem went bad and called tech support / call center wherever it is ! . They are disgusting , horrible, rude and got hung up 4 times . Verizon corporate should be ashamed of these disgusting call centers. I was ready to cancel everything . Came in today with a dead phone. The lady helping us didn't listen to what our issues were. We wanted to find out if we could get the data from the phone. She tried charging it, we explained it wouldn't charge...she ignored what we were saying. However, in fairness to her she was trying to do her job. She said they weren't allowed to access the data. I had come there about two months back to deal with a watch issue which had gone wrong bc not only had Verizon screwed me over by not sending it to me but by not giving me the credit even after going in store.
