If I could give them a 0 I would. They are the WORST DO NOT get services through Verizon. The LIE, CHEAT and steal!!! They are still charging me for services I never authorized and refuse to remove it from my account.
Big shout-out to "JD" for walkin' this olde lady through the upgrade - the details of my new phone! I've been to a lot of Verizon stores over the years - but - this particular store is over-the-top in patient, customer service (a biggie). It just doesn't get any better.
