Very nice environment at the store and wide collection of products. Albeit the plans that Verizon provided were little more expensive compared to other carriers. But great customer service.
I had the best experience at this store. All the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron helped me out with my phone issue. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I am so happy with my experience here.
Absolute HORRIBLE company!!! STAY AWAY from this scam company! They will give you crappy service, take your money and make you over pay for phones! The brand new iPhone they gave me was messed up and the service was awful! Couldn’t get service hardly anywhere! Customer service refused to help. They hype you up in store to sell and get their commission. That’s all you are. Just an added bonus to their paycheck. Nothing more. Then customer care doesn’t give a crap and won’t help you. Take your money else where!
Every time I ask for help or assistance they always say, we can’t do that or can’t do it even though I’m paying the insurance that I haven’t even use it yet . Been with Verizon for 8 yrs but about to give up and find a new service .
Overall, terrible experience with Verizon. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4 years and recently decided to close my account with Verizon. Honestly, stay away from the home internet scam. My wife and I used the internet service for a few years, worked fine, but when we decided to switch providers that’s when it all went downhill.
