If you want to step into a place that has no sense of urgency - you’ve found it. As someone who has been with Verizon for over 10 years, it’s exhausting to be told you need to go in the store, just to waste over 2 hours of my time trying to sell me new things. HAVE SOME URGENCY.

I stopped by today (Monday 8/11) at 5:15 pm to enquire on switch from AT&T to Verizon. As soon as i walked in it was clear that this place didn’t need business. The rudeness I was greeted by the next Verizon representative made me aware, he was not in the mood to talk to me. I would guess the music playing in his airpods made it tough to have a conversation. After, the second question, you keeping your phone?, it was clear that i came to the wrong place. Save your time and money and visit a different store

Very nice environment at the store and wide collection of products. Albeit the plans that Verizon provided were little more expensive compared to other carriers. But great customer service.

I had the best experience at this store. All the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Aaron helped me out with my phone issue. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I am so happy with my experience here.

Absolute HORRIBLE company!!! STAY AWAY from this scam company! They will give you crappy service, take your money and make you over pay for phones! The brand new iPhone they gave me was messed up and the service was awful! Couldn’t get service hardly anywhere! Customer service refused to help. They hype you up in store to sell and get their commission. That’s all you are. Just an added bonus to their paycheck. Nothing more. Then customer care doesn’t give a crap and won’t help you. Take your money else where!
