I usually don’t give 1 stars. We went in here to port out of Tmobile and to make this story short. They gave my wife a Temperory number instead just to finish the sale which later created many problems regarding the bill ($600, literally) for the first month. Also, we wanted an IPad and watch too, and I literally asked the young male employee for promotions there and he told us there are NO PROMOTIONS FOR FREE IPAD OR WATCH. I had gone into a different Verizon store and was met with silence. After leaving that location, I went to the Boca Park location. Pam greeted me with a big smile and helped me tremendously. She is a wizard. If I need Verizon this will be where I will go and hopefully Pam can help me. She is wonderful.

Thanks & 5 stars to Sales Rep Sony who went above and beyond to help me with the new phone process. The other staff members were a delight and interacted with me as well.
