I go the extra mile to help my mom with a lot of things, much to my chagrin. ZERO STAR Stay away from this Verizon store, employees very rude and disrespectful even their manager (Jason) is very aggressive and he formed some kind “gang” in this store they cover for each other when they treat customers horribly. I had the most terrible experience at this Verizon location. If you are planning to visit this store, please read how they conned us. I recommend all customers to pick a different location or even different carrier until this location takes accountability on what I am about to share below.
