After calling the customer service (2 hour call) and getting my phone screwed up, I went there, and the guy took my phone and fixed it within 15 minutes.
Stop by for help with my husbands phone. They were able to fix the issue in a short amount of time. Everyone very pleasant.
Had a great experience as we transferred lines to Verizon from a different carrier. In particular, Blake from the sales staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
