Cell phone company number that doesn’t work and when I go there, they won’t won’t sell me a phone to replace the one we lost. We will corporate hotline to do that.

I walked in virtually zero wait time, and was helped right away. I told the person what my needs were and walked out 30min later with two phones exactly what I was looking for. Great store and personal

This is a corporate store and we were directed to go here by customer service and have someone in trouble shoot a phone issue. We were confronted by the front end greeter who later claimed he was the store manager. Its hard to believe he can be a manager. He was hostile, adversarial, impolite and rude. And those are the good things I can say about him. Made no attempt to understand the issue or help. I am so glad we switched carriers after 15 years with Verizon.

My friend and I came here twice, first we had Senorita Virginia (she is the sweetest and patient assistant you could have chatted with for 3 hours, she handled someone who hates change and an elderly woman who needs tech guidance) she helped us set up 2 upgrades/ ⌚️ add-on, then the next day Mr. Jeremy helped answer any of our questions with our photos transferring or apps not loading.
