This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon, and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 23 years. I walked into the Verizon store at 16401 Beach Blvd, Huntington Beach, CA and saw three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not a single one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged me. When I asked for assistance with setting up a new line and switching a phone, one of the employees flat out refused to help. Worst customer service ever. Front lobby was full of customers and the Verizon employees were hiding in the back. When they did come out they were useless. Moving service to a different provider.
