SCAM BEWARE OF VERIZON. Sold us an Apple watch and no one bothered to mention the old model watch given has no keyboard to type text messages. Took it back 2 days later with all packaging still brand new with receipt and they charged a $50 restocking fee. Manager Maria R was completely unhelpful citing a keyboard used for text messages is a special feature we need to request so it became OUR fault for not asking up front.
