I have been a Verizon customers for MANY years....but after this I'm ready to finally switch to another carrier....I would leave no stars if I could...my phone has been out of service due to this outage today for more than 4 hours....I tried going to "my verizon" to report it and get an update..and all I could do was attempt to chat with Verizon...and all the chat kept doing was giving me a number to call...well I can't call thats what I'm trying to report I have no service except texting from my home internet....this isn't ... read more
