I was hesitant going to this Verizon store after I read the past reviews but decided to go ahead and roll the dice. My phone was locked up and I could not get anywhere with the customer service by telephone. I walked into the store and Logan immediately sat down with me and resolved my problem with the phone. He is a gentleman and was a pleasure to deal with. I visited Verizon on Highway 49 yesterday, July 21st and was told I had a virus on my phone that 'he had never seen before' and was advised to take it to UBreak I Fix. I went there immediately after leaving Verizon and there were so many people I decided not to wait. My phone is 4 years old so I thought about it overnight and went back today to purchase a new phone. A gentleman named "Gus" told me it's not a virus and he knew how to fix it. if i could give 0 stars i would ! they rude as hell and they don’t be trynna help they just try to get you out ! definitely will be switching from verizon!
