WOW! What a great experience. Met with Vernon Holiday when my Wife's phone decided to go nuclear. Vernon didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want or need, just a basic phone. When her new phone arrived, we went back to Verizon for help transferring all her data to the new phone. Shift manager (??) Keath (SP?) steeped in as Vernon was busy with another Verizon client. While I had to ultimately "fine tune" her phone when we finally got home, without the help of these two we would have been up a creek with no paddle.
