Good evening, I wish I could make your day however, my experience in your store was as follows. I walked in. There was one other customer so I approached the busy at his computer and he answered all my questions until the other employee interrupted. After a catastrophic failure of most of my previous iPhone’s hardware, Nathan was able to got me in for a last minute appointment and get me a new phone before the weekend. He was extremely helpful and very fun to talk to while we waited for my phone to transfer data and update!
My wife and I worked with Justin to upgrade our phones. He did a tremendous job, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend working with him!
