I needed a new phone quickly and Justin took care of me. He was working alone in the East Bay store, juggling 3 customers. I felt his service was excellent.
Justin was super helpful and took time to walk me through a phone plan change and upgrade. He was very patient and knowledgeable, will be coming back to this location for future needs!
