I’ve never had a better experience at a Verizon store, or just about anywhere else. Brian, at the Traverse City, MI, Munson Ave. location, was outstanding. Communication skills were top-notch and he was very attentive—even when assisting multiple people at the same time. He got me set up and out the door much quicker than I would have expected, with exactly what I needed. Give that man a raise.
