Andy was fantastic. We had tried other stores and nobody was able to help us but Andy diagnosed and fixed the problem we were having with the phone in 5 minutes. He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
I visited the store with friends inquiring cancellations for internet services . the woman who assisted us was appeared very angry and treated us with negative attitude for no clear reasons.this experience left us uncomfortable and disappointed .we were even interested with there iPhone promotion but with that Lady No No.I believe all customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism,regardless of their reasons to visit.Town square brunch No good!!
Thanks to VZ customer service person, David at the Town Square store, I will retain my account with Verizon. Difficulty w/other local stores & especially w/online assistance - but David surely saved the day and my account.
ORDER ONLINE OR ANY OTHER LOCATION. Absolutely awful team here unfortunately. Bought a phone outright. They submitted the order for the wrong item (why not double check order details with me before submitting?). Unwilling to correct their error. 24 hours later and no progress whatsoever. I did in-store instead of online (even though I could’ve gotten a better deal online) because I wanted a human to benefit from my purchase via commission, but I regret that choice.
Prompt, attentive service in this deservedly busy store. We were immediately acknowledged and only had a moment to wait before our excellent sales representative David came over. Everything we needed was sorted very quickly and we had a new line with no hassle and at great value. Very impressed.
