Really dislike posting one stars but the customer service at this location is abhorrent. Firstly I understand that Verizon is a massive corporation and individuals business does not necessarily matter. But being treated with contempt, condescension is not what I would expect from a trained sales professional. Did not listen to what I said and consistently tried to upsell me into other plans. The GM Kalli and sales associate Paola are two of the best people at verizon. They helped fix an issue caused by a horrible sales person at the eastern and russell location. I would highly recommend everyone go see these two when you need anything done at a verizon store. We will be back!
The sales rep Martin was rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointed in the service we received.
