These agents didn't seem knowledgeable of processess with the return system. The entire process was a disappointment and I'm considering going to another carrier.
I had a pleasantly easy experience stopping by for an upgrade thanks to David and Skylar. They were helpful from the minute I walked in, gave me some good insight on the different phones, and helped me set up and transfer everything over to my new device. Was in and out with a new phone in under two hours. Quality customer service from these gentlemen.
In the store I met Andy and Kalli today both managers top of the line. The Store Absolutely clean, Organized, professional staff busy assisting their Customers with issues related to their Apple devices with energy and Joy, so impressive. . I have been using Apple devices for years, and visiting Apple stores truly this store stands by itself in class & elegance. THANK YOU Kalli & Andy! I will be back soon! Worst service ever, they didn't even try to fix my pohne issue,thry honestly didn't care,and customer service poor.I had to leave and them go to another location, the agent asked chat gpt preessed two bottons,reset my phone phone and file a claim for a new one. This location honestly provide me a very poor service.thanks
