Arrived with problems with my phone the manager worked for quite awhile also another employee tried to help but could not get phone to work cause my phone was locked by spectrum so I left and went to spectrum where I waited for awhile there but they unlocked my phone I returned to Verizon manager was gone for the night so another guy I think he said his name was John he tried to fix it but wasn’t very helpful told me had to wait 24 hrs before I could use my phone another employee Devan came over asked to see my phone was so ... read more

Stores? … ok they use other business minded people that deal with you in person and VERIZON doesn’t get held liable or have to pay other business surcharges for. They hook you up. BUT, then when you need customer service for anything!!!!! Other than paying a bill, you spend 3 hours trying to get ahold of someone on a Tuesday all DAY!!! I came to this store to get help with my samsung s24 ultra and the guy John im dealing with is rude and just told me to call tech support. All he said it is a software update. Its not my last update was May 1st. Its June 10th. This problem just happened.I already did that and they told me to come to the store so I did. I dont appreciate him blowing me off. Your techs need to learn apple and Android. Not just Apple.
The place was amazing but side note after the corporate side don’t care they will hang up on u they will charge u every time even after u make a payment set up the last manager told me go ahead and go to a different phone provider they must not want money I forgot there rich why they need my money lmfao I’ll tell u wat i all so went to better Business Bureau, but they’re not accredited by them. I wonder why because they do shady stuff like this. Be aware be careful for Verizon
