Excellent and informative service from Dominic. After making decision about changing service plan and purchase of new phone, Mary got products together, helped coordinate everything and made sure order was correct. The whole Verizon customer service sucks And even trying to get a refund back is a nightmare been waiting for a month for a $400 deposit for internet that we cancelled because of service being garbage and the whole supervisor service when you finally get one on the line is garbage service as well I don’t recommend Verizon at all, Even the company I work with has closed there account after hearing and witnessing everything I am dealing with Give them zero stars
Corporate owned store not a reseller
I’m not one for cell phone stores, but I had to leave a review after my visit here! I was having an issue that could not be handled over the phone, and Frank took care of it! He is the man!!! Super friendly, went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you, Frank!!!!
