If I could give this store and the manager in duty 8/7/2025 less than one star I would. My family has been happy Verizon customers for over 21 years. After I visited the store yesterday I was told to call 611 for customer service and they could handle my problem. They could not. Jon Q, the store manager at this location, is the bomb. I spent 3-hours last night at a non corporate store and it was a complete waste of time. Jon called the same people the other place did, and was given the same answer as last night…except Jon said “No you’re wrong, this is what needs to happen, here are the steps let’s make it happen.” Jon know his stuff…what a difference when someone knows their job!!!
