Went in to get the iPhone 17 Brook helped me get the iPhone and attempted to lower my phone bill, which my Husband pays. I also got a new iPad free.

Past tuesday 9.30, me and my mom went to this Verizon office in order to change my old phone. I ended up taking the new Galaxy Z Fold 7, for those who dont know this is the most expensive phone in the market. Thr guy who sold the phone to me was NOT nice, and rushed the process. And even though we have been with the company for 19 years there was NO deal offered to us!!!! Not even a penny in discounts!! These Five Stars are for Mo, not for Verizon but for Mo and the outstanding support he gave in getting my phone to work. Initially, another worker came to assist me, but stated he could get tech support on the phone but he doubted my problem could be solved. He asked me to wait and never came back to assist me.
