I can't say enough about Miguel; he is absolutely AMAZING. I first purchased my Motorola phone from another Verizon store and had problems from day one. Only half of the information was transferred into my phone. I was given the Verizon number and for the next four weeks, I could not receive or send emails. Went to upgrade my wife's iPhone. It was so old, the phone to phone transfer wouldn't work, so they had to use iCloud to back up the old phone. Took 7 hours but Alejandro was so patient and helpful. Great service!
