​I came into the store this morning to get my account reactivated, and I'm very thankful that the primary issue I went in for was completely resolved. The associates were friendly, and the store itself is a nice, clean environment. ​I'm leaving four stars because I feel like the communication could have been a bit clearer. Brandon and his colleague (I did not get his name but he initially started helping me) single-handedly kept me with Verizon today. Customer Service disabled my sim card to solve a problem that had nothing to do with my phone, and without an ability to resolve the issue, I called this store to see if I can get help. Brandon, who I found out later fielded my call, fixed the issue that was created by inept customer service agents elsewhere.
