This is a great place to go if you need help or a new phone. It is an REAL Verizon store. Don’t be fooled by many others that call themselves Verizon. I made that mistake. If you have any question about what locations are run by Verizon call or use your app to find out for sure.
I cannot say enough about the service I received from Steve so I’ll use two words EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING… My account was messed up and Steve spent quite some time patiently working on getting it corrected! If you don’t already know this I hope you will take a good look at what an asset he is to Verizon! Thank you, Steve, for taking such good care of me and resolving the errors made; you are truly the best!!!!!’
Went in there for help and was scolded for doing so. There was 3 people there doing nothing and I felt like I was a huge bother. Will never go there again. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. Obviously any help with a phone takes some time, especially if there’s a problem. When there is only one employee available to help the entire store… seriously ? I waited over 30 mins without so much as an “ I’ll be right with you”. After waiting all that time I asked roughly how much longer and the girl just said “ I have no idea”.
