Manager was unwilling to help with a not too difficult issue as it was close to closing time. I asked to schedule an in-person appointment. He stated there was no need, he would simply remember us next time we came in the store. He stated not to come in the next day as he won’t be there and that manager likely will be unwilling to help?!
