Every time I leave this store, I’m frustrated. I’ve gone in 3 times over the course of 2 years to attempt to upgrade my phone. Every single time without fail they have had some sort of “issue” as to why they don’t have phones in stock and then they direct me to the website or a phone number to call for assistance. Excellent service but very expensive. You can get equal service from other carriers at less than half the cost.

Clerks here will make a mistake and tell you to call customer service to deal with fixing it on your own time. Terrible customer service. Requested a manager and she was awfully rude and told me to take me problems elsewhere. Don't even bother going to this store. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Bought a very price phone case 5 months ago. Within 5 months the case is cracked. Called to find out what they could do and they said it's been 5 months so we can't help you. I've bought plenty of phone cases much cheaper than this one and they've never cracked. Very ,very poor customer service. Will never return.
