I had a very unique problem with my phone. I traded my phone in to an updated version through apple and the SIM card switched from physical to ESIM. I had a sim lock on my account and it can't be accessed easily. Customer service directed me to a corporate location and let me tell you. The manager rep in this store( Desmond) just wanted to sell me a new plan and won't even try to get you in contact with their "Core" department (a department that employees are able to access through customer service/tech support).
