If you buy a phone from this place make sure you read over the quote. I got home and realized Hulu/ESPN was slipped into my plan. I never expressed any interest in purchasing it and my sales person never went over it with me. My SIM card randomly stopped working this morning. I made an appointment for 3:00. Was helped by 3:15 by the general manager (didn’t catch her name) who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was out by 3:25. Highly recommended.
The assistant manager is very condescending and not helpful. I have had an open support case for 5 months and the manager refused to tell me my bill information. I have a broken toe and unable to drive. He said he did not care about my problems and that I could talk to Ashley the store manager. The phone service is not working and they lied and told me they would refund me. I am upset, put down and miserable being a Verizon customer
