I wouldn't even recommend a one star, walked in store about 30 min ago with customer service on phone. Wife's phone was hacked explained i just wanted a new internet box the gentle men went on about phones, I let him know I'm not interested in that just wanted a new box as her Google, Gmail etc... was hacked they stated it's impossible to hack the Wi-Fi because of firewall etc... Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Verizon location. I have been having problems with my phone searching for data for DAYS. I already spent hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get the issue resolved. I was told to wait 24 hours, turn my phone back on, and my messages should work. They didn’t.
