The absolute worst customer service in Murfreesboro. A diversity experiment at best. This store proves why Americans would rather shop online than dealing with these people. Online customer service says go to the store with your issue, store said go online with your issue. The workers can't make a simple decision by themselves without going to the back and asking a "manager" for an excuse. Hot garbage.
Daryl Culbreth went above and beyond to make sure I could get my brother phones working !! However it still not working but he took his time was patient and we didn’t get help from customer service but he still spend an hour with us trying his hardest!!! Ty so much even if I decide to leave he is stellar at his job and customer service is beyond exceptional!! Ty Daryl!!!!!!!!!!
