I went in to upgrade my iPhone and hunter helped me add a watch and tablet for a few dollars more added to my monthly bill. Great service thanks Hunter and Verizon!
I have had multiple bad experiences at this (Thompson Ln) location. Most recently, I went in to pick up some phones and met Hunter. He was sarcastic and completely disrespectful. I have never met such an unprofessional person in dealing with a customer service position. He was condescending and rude. His supervisor stood there and just kept saying “Stop talking, Hunter!” Not once did he offer an apology or offer to help me with my issue. I will NEVER go back to that location. Totally unacceptable.
