The customer service reps at this store were so unhelpful they need a new word for unhelpful. We drove an hour to this location because they were the only corporate store with a 17 max pro with the size and capacity my wife needed. My wife needed to exchange her new 17 pro phone (the battery life on the brand new 17 pro is not at all comparable). Michael T is very rude. I was told to come in store to get a number transferred because it’s on such an old flip phone and he was leaning over the counter in my face talking to me. So rude !
Hunter needs a raise or something I have never felt more taken care of until my guy hunter was able to help me with my phone. Not only did I walk out with a new phone, I walked out with a new friend.
Friendly service on a day all the internet was out, but still shopped for phones..
