I just had the absolute best phone buying experience with Bree/Bri ! She helped me through the whole process and dumbed things down for me so I can understand every little detail of the purchase. She was attentive and hilarious ! Definitely felt way better spending the money that I spent because of her !!!

Horrible customer service.came in with an old phone carrier,wanted to keep my old number. Salesman immediately tried selling me the most expensive phone and plan and did not even try to port my number. I did not even want a new phone.was sent home and had to setup everything myself.came in after a week of my number not porting over and the salesman sat there and made me do it all for him in the middle of the lobby on speakerphone. Still didn't work..

I hope the upper management reads this review. I should preface this story by saying, there was a former employee that worked here that made me not want to return. On Sunday May 4th, my wife and I came in to upgrade our phones and to get me a new watch. I was relieved to say that the employee of issue was not there. Zeke was the gentlemen helping us and he went through great lengths to make sure we were getting the most bang for our buck. He made it easy to say yes and we checked out. What a horrible in store experience! I've been with Verizon for more than ten years. I had no idea that unless I am coming into a brick and mortar location to purchase a device the level of service I will receive will be trash. I had questions about my account, (which is current!) and new promotions. I was treated as if I was a nuisance.
