This store has a great layout showcasing a wide range of products from top brands like Apple, Samsung, and Google. Unfortunately, the staff was difficult to work with. From the moment I walked in, I was pushed with promotions. Even after asking the employee to focus on helping me replace my damaged phone, the conversation kept circling back to upselling :: adding lines, upgrading plans, and features I didn’t need.
