Charles and Chase were especially helpful and treated me with respect and kindness. All of the staff really, especially Charles, are top notch.
This store is NOT a Verizon store, rather a 3rd party store doing business as Verizon. This was not disclosed at any point in time and is, frankly, an extremely dishonest business practice. Sold us phones we didn’t really want because it was what they had in stock, reassuring us that they could be exchanged within 30 days. Turns out things were not as they described with excuse after excuse used as a deterrent when we did want to exchange. The customer service is patronizing and pathetic. They made getting a new phone line incredibly easy and explained all of my options clearly without trying to upsell or rush me.
