Don't waste your time I asked before I signed if that was my bill nothing change I need to know im disabled and on a budget. They said no hidden fees ok not even the week originally my service payment was going to be 139 but then I received a bill for 269. My fiancé and I were trying to switch carriers for his phone. The original service provider was extremely uncooperative, but Verizon helped us every step of the way, including calling the other service provider to assist us with transferring his phone. When we couldn’t get a transfer, they worked through the process of issuing us a new number. We worked with Lucas at this store location multiple times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn’t know the answer, he quickly got it for us.
Verizon charges for a settin̈gs Problem it takes 2 min to fix. What a ripoff.
My wife and I was looking for Apple watch for her. Came inside and Verizon guy work in there not friendly and unhelpful. My wife asked if she can try on Apple watch, he replied, "you can't and asked if one available to try on, told us we can go Apple store to try on. I told my wife to leave and go elsewhere. Stupid customer service, waste my on on Saturday to go there for idiot customer service.
