Literally the worst data I’ve ever experienced I randomly will be forced to go into sos mode on my phone because I have absolutely 0 data when there is no outage in my area and it happens over and over again I really just hate it it’s probably one of if not the worst place to go for anything related to internet go to xfinity or something


Don't waste your time I asked before I signed if that was my bill nothing change I need to know im disabled and on a budget. They said no hidden fees ok not even the week originally my service payment was going to be 139 but then I received a bill for 269. I can't pay it know im not only going to loose service but have to pay for a phone that im not going to be able to use.i hate verizon they use to be ok but know they don't care about there customers no more and this was set up by the manager that they have at Kentwood loca... read more

My fiancé and I were trying to switch carriers for his phone. The original service provider was extremely uncooperative, but Verizon helped us every step of the way, including calling the other service provider to assist us with transferring his phone. When we couldn’t get a transfer, they worked through the process of issuing us a new number. We worked with Lucas at this store location multiple times. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If he didn’t know the answer, he quickly got it for us.
