After being a long time customer for over 15 years. None of the new customer discounts applied to me. I am now a proud t-mobile customer.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
Gave me attitude for returning an internet box
Would not recommend using this branch of Verizon. Worst customer service in the world . No salesmanship at all. Kind of didn’t take me serious as a customer no drive to make a sale at all . I would have bought but the customer service was that bad .
