Will never go back. Young man stated he didn’t care if we kept Verizon or not that was are choice. We are both military and tax exempt, which he stated we weren’t and I asked him to verify and wouldn’t, this has never been an issue in the past with them.
I signed up for home internet 6 weeks prior to this review. The equipment works with help of Verizon tech support, but I have not been able to sign in to my verizon to this day. I've called over 10 times and always get a polite person who tries to link my equipment so that I can finish creating my profile and use the app. Every time it ends with me locked out for an appropriate time period.
