I got a new phone. Interestingly when my bill arrived I was charged for services I had canceled long ago. I talked to Verizon on the phone I was told that while they sympathized I was still stuck paying for their error. Pretty rotten service after 20 plus years as a customer. My kids have already dumped Verizon and I certainly can't defend the company. I upgraded and now have the worst phone internet service. On the plus side the staff at the store are helpful and kind. Would not recommend.
They hardly know what they are doing. I went in to change my last name (that changed due to marriage). They gave me the customer service number and told me to call them because they can’t do it in store. I get home, call customer service and as always, they can’t verify me over the phone to do anything to my account… 🤦♀️🤷♀️
POS company bait and switches you on a promotion then plays games when you demand the promo. Google verizon didn't give me my amazon gift card to see it is a widespread issue!
