***Edit*** They resolved the issue with a bill credit. Sent a family member in to pick up an order for an upgrade and instead they slammed the account with a brand new line and changed the account password. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service and still have to make a return trip to send the device back in then replace a whole new upgrade order again. I believe his name was Matthew. The guy who doesn’t miss arm day. He was rude and short. Told us false information. My family was trying to figure out new phones due to tragic deaths in our family. He clearly had better things to do. I would call or do it online the stores are clueless or to busy for your problems.

We had our old phone for a little over 3 years, and it quit working. Went in for a new one, and luckily got Jeffrey again as our tech help. As much older folks, we are pitiful on tech issues. Jeffrey was kind, patient, helpful, and cheerful, just like the last time. A joy to work with. Better hang on to him, as he's a great asset to your company! Verizon as a whole has always treated us right, in all ways! Thanks, and God bless!

I picked this store to review for this particular complaint (rude guy is for sure at Battlefield location) because this is the store that the physical phone came from. I’ve had this pink iphone 15 for maybe two months and it freezes up pretty frequently. Like what if that happens during an emergency? My straight talk iPhones never or almost never did this.
