I took my 16 year old grandson in May so HE could open his account ( I'm HAPPILY with Metro) and he got a phone and internet for about $165 per month. I thought it was too high but he was working at Walmart and paying with HIS pay. The account was in my name. He had to quit Walmart after school started and had gone in to cancel his account a couple weeks ago. ***Edit*** They resolved the issue with a bill credit. Sent a family member in to pick up an order for an upgrade and instead they slammed the account with a brand new line and changed the account password. Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service and still have to make a return trip to send the device back in then replace a whole new upgrade order again. Not mad, just disappointed that a rep would put their own financial interests over that of a customer. All he had to do was just hand the device to her and c... read more

I believe his name was Matthew. The guy who doesn’t miss arm day. He was rude and short. Told us false information. My family was trying to figure out new phones due to tragic deaths in our family. He clearly had better things to do. I would call or do it online the stores are clueless or to busy for your problems.
