We had our old phone for a little over 3 years, and it quit working. Went in for a new one, and luckily got Jeffrey again as our tech help. As much older folks, we are pitiful on tech issues. Jeffrey was kind, patient, helpful, and cheerful, just like the last time. A joy to work with. Better hang on to him, as he's a great asset to your company! Verizon as a whole has always treated us right, in all ways! Thanks, and God bless!

I picked this store to review for this particular complaint (rude guy is for sure at Battlefield location) because this is the store that the physical phone came from. I’ve had this pink iphone 15 for maybe two months and it freezes up pretty frequently. Like what if that happens during an emergency? My straight talk iPhones never or almost never did this.

Had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service and still have to make a return trip to send the device back in then replace a whole new upgrade order again. Not mad, just disappointed that a rep would put their own financial interests over that of a customer. All he had to do was just hand the device to her and complete the upgrade, instead he added a new line and ca... read more

I received ZERO customer service today at this N. Kansas Expressway Verizon STORE in Springfield, Missouri. When the salesman found out I was not there to buy something he lost interest and told me to sit down and wait on the bench. The next salesman that showed up told me he could help me but it would cost $29.99. OK, I had purchased a new phone from Verizon on-line for $1,300. The last time I bought a new phone there were issues with the SIM card and it took hours for chat support to get the E-SIM to function. So I thought... read more
