I showed up without an appointment and was told it would be a short wait (understandable). That turned into over an hour and when they decided to try and get me started, it took 2 minutes for them to conclude they couldn't help me. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

I arrived very early and was seen right away. I was able to find a good plan to upgrade my phone and even got a 800 dollar trade in for my old S21. Score. It did take some time to set up my phone as there was issues with the wifi, but the manager fixed it really fast and I have a new phone for the next four years. Now to wait for the galaxy line to perfect their fold phone technology.
