For the past 10 days I have gone into this store almost every day for the same issue and always end up having to leave after two hours of them saying the same thing “ we don’t know why your phone is sim locked. Under our own policy it should be unlocked. Wait 1-2 business days. Wait four hours. Wait 24 hours. Factory reset the device, backup and restore the device. ” all of which never work and I always get the same dang answer. I am very disappointed in my visit to the store yesterday. I came into upgrade my iPhone to the iPhone 17 Pro and I ended up getting my wife a Apple Watch pretty much from the second that Rin the gal that we were working with greeted us. You could instantly tell. She had a gigantic chip on her shoulder and did not want to be there. The setup of my new phone took forever, which was not even actually fully set up in the end.
