The service (or lack there of) for my business account has been inexcusable. Verizon doesn’t give their team members access to the tools, resources, or authority to be helpful. In the case of my malfunctioning device, I have been waiting for 6 business days for a replacement. It has cost me important business and also my confidence in the company. Verizon business is not good.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about my customer service experience here at the Verizon on the West End. Every associate I have dealt with especially for my business needs and also my personal internet products as well have been highly helpful. Highly professional. Very very good people. Excellent customer service. They keep a tidy, clean, neat, bright storefront and they are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you resolve your issues in-person when you show up at that store. Thank you for all you do!

Excellent customer service! Greeted at soon as we walked in, Bobby helped us get a new phone for an elder relative in our care. He was genuinely concerned for our relatives needs and set the phone up to protect him from scammers! Wonderful human…the entire staff was friendly and I recommend going to this store.
