Kelly Jo was phenomenal in all regards. Both other Verizon locations were unsuccessful in replacing my phone with a damaged motherboard over the course of 3 days, Kelly Jo got me sorted out with a new phone in an hour flat. Helped me get connected to the cloud, restore all my contacts, and even showed me some new functions of the S25. Couldn't be happier with my service, and I will be asking for Kelly Jo in the future!
Very poor customer service did a trade in/carrier change last year and was told my bill is $90 turns out they’ve been charging me $130. When I asked about it they said it’s always been that way. The manager said $90 not $130
Ariel was fantastic, kind, and able to help me when 3 representatives before were not able to help. Ask for Ariel!!!!
