Manny at this location is so personable and helpful. What an asset to the Verizon brand! He is accessible and knowledgeable. He said he would help and he did. He deserves a raise and a promotion…however I also selfishly want him to be there to help us. He will be our go to for future purchases.
Just sat in the store for 45 mins and not a single rep came up to ask me if they could help with anything. reps just hung out and play on their phones. Thanks for wasting my time!
Extremely unprofessional. Waited almost an hour for an order pickup that they said were ready just to get here and they can’t find the phone. Wanted me to pay again so they can speed up the process for themselves. They’re keep trying to cancel my order when I keep explicating stating I do not wish to do so ! Then said if I was to cancel I would have to pay more to get the phones now !!!!!! This is ridiculous and absurd. I somehow screwed up activating my new phone and got my line suspended. Rico Martinez was so kind and patient, even though we came in less than an hour before closing. He got my new phone working in no time!
