Was not acknowledged upon entry by staff, but other customers were greeted. I guess I was racially profiled lol. Whatever. Lazy and useless
We checked in to Verizon Wireless on Woodward in Royal Oak, and when we were greeted by Manny, the buying and service experience from the beginning to the end was 10/10! Manny was extremely thorough, professional, helpful, kind and funny. He got us into a better plan with better pricing. He simply went above and beyond and we cant recommend him highly enough.
