Do not let Manny touch your account. He has minimal training. Luckily they have staff like Emily and Adrian to make up for it. Those two are phenomenal.
Told me they couldn’t start me a new plan and gave a fake reason why. Went to another store right after and they didn’t have the problem the staff and manager at this store told me what was preventing them from helping me. The manager at this store was extremely rude and unprofessional and talked to me like he was the CEO of Verizon. Give any store but this one your business.
