I'm editing my review from 5 to 1, but if I could give 0 I would. Yesterday on June 14th, which was also my birthday, my husband and I (an interracial couple) came in to upgrade. We were met with silence at the door. Not ONE person acknowledged us. We went to the display to look at the options, and stood there for about 5-8 minutes before another couple (a white couple) came through the door and were greeted with a lively "WELCOME TO VERIZON!" Switched family from ATT to Verizon and the employees in this store went out of their way not to help us on numerous occasions. Their unwillingness to help seemed very intentional. Stay away

If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have had the worst customer service from this location and Verizon in general. They will actively ignore your call if they don’t know the answer to your questions and send you on a wild goose chase for the answer. I had an incorrect bill with an additional $80 added in, When I called Verizon about my bill they told me they would “fix” it and then I ended up paying 2x as much as I already was.
