I've been trying to resolve a billing issue for 3 months. Joseph went and beyond to help me and actually resolved the issue.
Good atmosphere, quick assistance, clean store, sales, no pressure to buy. Once arriving we were seen in less than 5 minutes on a Saturday! The staff was knowledgeable about the products and gave me his business card to ask for him. I shall.

They charge $30 to transfer data between phones, they charge $40 to upgrade your phone. It's insane, why do we have to pay because we are buying a new phone? The process to transfer data to the new phone is really annoying as well, it takes a while and the automated system crashes before you can complete steps. It gives you conflictinformation.
