This organization is terrible Overcharging, nobody is to be able to answer questions, the worst automated system I have ever seen. I don't recommend doing business with this company
Friendly staff. While they do offer additional services and accessories they do not pressure you into buying them. Been coming here for the past several years for our cell phone needs.
My old phone was really messed up. would not stay on long enough to even send a text. Charles, at this location was able to do the impossible. He managed to keep the phone on long enough and transferred all my photos and apps and everything over to a new phone. So very grateful.
Person we worked with wanted nothing to do with us unless we were willing to spend money. Needed help diagnosing an issue with a phone, but now I'm just going to switch carriers. 2 stars because at least the check-in and appointment process was easy!
In person service as bad as phone customer service. Please nobody go this Verizon store
