In person service as bad as phone customer service.
This is one of the best Verizon stores that I have visited. They have kiosk to check in and let you know how many people are in front of you. Mariah handled my transaction very well. She was able to complete a return and answer other questions that I had about bundle deals that they are running. Even after I left, she was very responsive and professional. Experiences such as this one, makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Nice work Mariah!
Janelle was so pleasant even with rude customers coming in and being very disrespectful. She remained calm and respectful. Thank you Janelle I know customer service is not easy!
