My express today was absolutely horrible at this store. The representative assisting me was clearly overwhelmed, helping multiple customers at once, and as a result, I was unable to ask any questions. The representative was clearly very distracted and handed me the new phone then took it back. Because of him doing so much at once made error that lead to my phone being shipped to me unnecessarily — a mistake that could have been avoided with better focus and communication. Patrick and his team consistently deliver outstanding service. I’ve had ongoing issues with Verizon for over a year, and this team is the only reason I’ve stayed.
