I went to the Glen Burnie store on Friday, 09/26, and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Israel was the associate who “helped” us, and from the start he was unfriendly and dismissive. I had to ask every single question because he offered no information on his own. His attitude made it feel like we were bothering him just by being there. My family has Verizon internet and phones, they aren't as good as they proclaim.
Not gonna mention any names, but one of the employees at this Store informed me that one of my phones was a recall and I needed to upgrade. I believed him now Verizon is charging me $300 on top of my bill to pay off old device. Needless to say there was no recall. Verizon support inform me that they will look into this and get back to me. I’ve been a Verizon customer for a very long time 7+ years. This is absolutely ridiculous. I really hope they get back to me soon.
