Awesome customer service by Mitchel and Cora! First time I stopped, was told (by a different associate) that the issue was my car. Tried multiple things, didn’t work. Went in a 2nd time, and Mitchel took the time to check my phone and realized it had bluetooth issues, so ordered a replacement phone. I absolutely wish I could do ten stars for the employee named Kim at the Collins location in Cedar Rapids, IA. Kim was absolutely wonderful in helping my husband and I get all set up with new phones for a third time. She is always such a delight. Kim takes customer service to a different level than most. I would more than recommend Kim to anyone.
