This company just withdrew $2800 out of my acct, without even letting me see my final bill. They took my mortgage money, and they could care less, because they got their money. Possibly one of the best costumer service experiences I’ve had! Staff was very helpful and patient with my many questions as a new Verizon customer. Went in with not a lot of hope in getting a new phone due to the store we went to before but the staff steered me in the right direction and help me get my new phone! I will forever recommend this store and Verizon to anyone! A big shout to the 2 guys who helped me today!
This is has gone beyond Incompetency. I wasted pretty much my entire day completely lied to by customer service and then offered no help by this location after being told by customer service to go that location and the location would be notified for why I was coming. I was not provided what I was told to come there for and was not looked into at all why I was told to go to that location to get that information.
