The three Verizon employees, including the manager were extremely rude and unhelpful very disappointed.
It’s like talking to a wall. Their management cripples lower level staff from being any level of helpful. No way to call the location directly. Was told an order would be ready 4:00PM and is was not, staff said their hands are tied. Even though it’s sitting right in back ready to go. US Cellular Business is the way to go.
I entered the store and 3 employees were at a table talking. No other customers. I had a question about my iPad and the employees were uninterested in me or my question. One gave me a snide comment on how I could fix my issue. Didn’t offer to help and I said I wasn’t confident that I could do it. She said “you’ll be ok”. FYI .. I couldn’t figure it out so went to Kirkwood Community College bookstore and they happily assisted. I would’ve understood the flip answers from Verizon employees if they were busy.
