Great store if you’re a new customer. As a customer of 22 years, I was left with a sour taste and now feel motivated to transfer service elsewhere. I waited about 20 mins for help yesterday, which was fine, but during this time I listened to the girl working try to sell a lady a new phone and plan. She went to her manager and had the price for her plan and new phones reduced at least 4 different times. Uh, maybe hire some female employees. The manager is a misogynist and anti-military. At least he has a problem with female veterans like me. I went into the store with a cost-of-living document for benefits from the VA for the manager to sign. He outright refused. He didn't even let me explain what it was. He told me to "HAVE MT HUSBAND SIGN IT." I was gobsmacked! I don't have husband. I haven't been married in almost 10 years!
