Superior. Josh went above and beyond my expectations. He took his time, was patient and kind. He explained my options and looked for my eligible promotions as well as involved his peers to double check. He was concerned that I get the best the best bang for my money and I left very satisfied. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and also use him myself.
Great customer service. Alexander C. was a saint. Helped me, help my 80 year old parents get new phones, tablets, and cell plan. Worked to help save them money. Very patient with all of our questions. I also noticed other employees providing the same level of care to other customers; especially older customers. Highly recommend.
Demar was fantastic! He was able to solve all our issues and even got a phone in our hands! He was super knowledgeable and personable! Highly recommend working with him! I will be coming back! Thank you Demar! He is the GOAT at Verizon! Give this man a raise!!!
I was honestly dreading having to come in to trade in my old phone, but it was such an efficient process! I didn’t make an appointment (since I was just dropping it off) and hadn’t even erased it yet…and it was dead lol, but I was still in and out within 5 minutes! And there were a lot of people there, so I was super surprised! Chris helped me immediately and showed me how to erase it remotely through my new phone, so I didn’t even have to wait around for it to finish! 10/10 customer service
Daniel at this Verizon location is a cell phone gem!! I have seen him several times and each experience I found him to be patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Go see him!!
