Mallory & Chris were super cool and totally hooked me up with a great new phone and service! Mallory set everything up for me, put my Netflix, Hulu and apple subscriptions on for me. I have been with virtually every phone company out there and I have by far had the worst service with Verizon and the company doesn't seem to care to resolve it. I have been with the company for over a year now and the service has gradually gotten worse. I called maybe 2-3 months after getting a phone with them to let them know I was having an issue with my service speed. Similar to other complaints, was in line for 38 minutes to try to get a recurring line issue resolved. Been a customer for 12 years straight, (would have been long but I was stationed in Germany for 3 years). I currently have about five or six lines with Verizon and have been paying over $300 a month for years now. A couple walks in and says they are switching to Spectrum, and they get jumped in line even though I was next. Caitlin and Alex are AMAZING. They walked my wife and I through a painful process of getting her off of Google Fi and on to my Verizon account. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their help. 10/10 service for these guys.
