I’ve had many experiences with Verizon, but this was easily one of the worst. If you aren't looking to add a line or a plan, the staff here treats you as invisible. I waited nearly an hour just to be spoken to dismissively by a greeter who refused to help once they realized I was paying cash for a device without a plan. Extremely unprofessional environment—I highly recommend going to Best Buy where they actually value your time.
Always a great experience, Eddie the salesman that helps me every time I go in and his manager that runs the place that is great atmosphere to be in. Always great customer service welcomes me before I even come in the door. I will always keep Verizon as my service provider. Those two employees need to be recognized way more. You can tell they love their jobs. Please get those guys higher up and Verizon. I want to see them guys at the top of the Verizon food chain.
Ahhhhh-MAY-zingggg! First off, Demar Gracie is one of the best sales reps I have ever encountered. Not only did he make my phone buying experience amazing, he continued to go above and beyond months after the transaction was complete.
