Similar to other complaints, was in line for 38 minutes to try to get a recurring line issue resolved. Been a customer for 12 years straight, (would have been long but I was stationed in Germany for 3 years). I currently have about five or six lines with Verizon and have been paying over $300 a month for years now. A couple walks in and says they are switching to Spectrum, and they get jumped in line even though I was next. Caitlin and Alex are AMAZING. They walked my wife and I through a painful process of getting her off of Google Fi and on to my Verizon account. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their help. 10/10 service for these guys.
Very nice associates but unable to fix my phone that suddenly went dark. Suggested I bring somewhere else to have fixed or purchase a new one. Cautioned me against using other Verizon stores that were not "corporate". Stopped by the Verizon in Leland and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He fixed my phone in 10 minutes!
If you need an experienced manager and staff to help you with an issue, this is the best Verizon store to visit. I had a technical issue that another VZ store and VZ support couldn't fix. The manager here has over 19 years experience and fixed my phone on his own.
Amazing customer service today with Jamar Kersey. We went in with 3 iPads, 2 iPhones and an Apple Watch - all of which needed 'care'. He was so patient, pleasant, efficient, and we actually laughed a LOT while there! We apologized for taking up so much of his time today, but his response was perfect: "I just want you to have a great customer experience. That's what it's all about."
