Last week my iPhone wouldn’t hold a charge. I went into the Verizon on Military Cut Off and met my new best friend! Jamar was extremely helpful he helped me troubleshoot and see what was going on with my phone. After an hr of trying to get it to charge with no success I decided to to buy a new one. Employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I went in for a simple screen protector change and they did it wrong left my back camera foggy from installing it wrong. Never again.
