I like the attention to detail that this store always gives its clients. I would like to call out Jesus and the store manager for helping me through with my credits that I lost due to paying off a promotional phone in error. Thanks for your good service.
Horrible customer service. Would not recommend unless you want to spend multiple hours in the store with average service.
4 hours on the phone just to add additional line. Circled through a half dozen departments 3 time and they couldn't figure it out. In the beginning an argument occurred with the first to departments with me listening in. The one lady refused to come back to the line when I expressed my confusion about the argument. In the end all seemed to be finally finished but now there is an additional charge of $250 when we were just trying to add my phone that I already own.
