The only reason, I mean ONLY reason I continue to do business with this location is Placido Olguin. I was incredibly unhappy and unsatisfied with how I was previously treated at this location. Today Mr. Olguin turned that around and I left with a new phone. Thank you again, sir.

Recently my wife and I decided on new phones. Daniel at this Verizon site in Georgetown did a wonderful job helping us understand which model was best for us and our needs. We decided on changing from Apple phones to Samsung phones. We also decided to switch from an outside vendor to Apple’s Home Internet Tower. I also would applaud this office for their time and expertise in answering all our questions in the transitions. I am a very satisfied customer.
They just tell you to call the one 800 number for the store. They suck.
