I had a billing dispute with Verizon and after spend way too many hours on the phone with the Pakistani call center, I went to the Verizon corporate store. I was about ready to switch to another provider. Paul called the Pakistanis and an hour later the problem was resolved. He went above and beyond to help. Thank you Paul!!
