The agent was friendly and was able to relieve my problem with getting me set up so the system would allow me to pay online. I have been battling with this issue for over a year and it now will save me time. Friendly staff helped others in the store and when someone came in they were greeted.

I went to this store to ask for customer support when my phone did not reset properly, when a representative came out he said to me that he will only help me if I paid 30 bucks for help, because it will take time to do it and I thought isn't this your job that you're getting paid for? So I left and went to the Lakewood store They help without hesitation . Bottom line is the people that are willing to help vs the lazy useless people that look for ways not to do their job.
