Where do I start...when dealing with Verizon as a company, I have (on numerous occasions) walked away because the chat and the phone customer service has always been just exhausting and outrageously difficult but this experience in the store with Dwayne was phenomenal. Charles at the Tacoma Mall Blvd location was great and super easy to work with. He answered all of our questions explored all of our options and made us laugh! Thanks Charles! Corbyn was also very helpful and attentive to our needs. He got us on the waitlist and made sure we were getting help. His since of humor was refreshing! Thanks Corbyn!
Daryna was amazing and extremely helpful. I came into the store after having a terrible experience with customer service trying to do my order online. She was able to help me recreate my order and actually got me a better deal to save me money! She even found a way for me to get a tablet and still have a lower bill in addition to my new phone.
