Despite having an appointment, I was told my wait time past my scheduled appointment would be 20 minutes. More than 35 minutes later, I was told there was still a wait of at least 15 minutes. I gave up and left without being helped.
Took over an hour to be helped by the most Incompetent person on earth. They even had to call Verizon support and were corrected right away that they were wrong. Wow.
I tried to sign up online for an account and it never worked but charged my account. I spoke with an Authorized retailer in gig harbor who said the corporate store could help me figure out my temp number and order number. When I went into the corporate store the lady who worked with me said there’s essentially nothing she could do and that I needed to dispute the charge through my bank. She didn’t even offer to call customer care for me. I’ll stay with T-Mobile who I’ve been with for 16 years after this terrible first experi... read more

I had went in to initially see if I could transfer my current phone number to a phone that I had brought in. I was told that the phone was too old to be able to do that so I was told by the employee that it would be cheaper to just add a line and I’ll get the phone for free. She said my bill would only go up $4 if I went this route. So, I decided to do it and I didn’t have to pay the activation fee because I am former military and I get the discount.
