Dylan was super helpful in fixing my phone. It got super slow and he fixed it. I will be back to this store for my next phone
We were “next in line” and waited over 30 minutes for help. Representatives were sitting by the door joking around, but not helping customers. We were one of only 2 customer sets in the store! We flagged down the Service Coordinator who said his salesman, oops, representative, saw us looking at the phones, asked a different family if they were waiting,.
