Someone at this store authorized a transaction for a new phone and SIM on a number on my account. I was not with my phone to catch the transaction till 9 PM. Customer Service line to dispute was closed. By 915, whoever did it had access to accounts and credit card information. It’s like they had the phone on them. Someone at this store is shady and I’m opening a police report. They did all this without proper ID.

Verizon just got a new customer because of Adam Lopez, I walked in there feeling iffy and not sure of what plan I wanted to get. And Adam with his outstanding customer service took very good care of me. He walked me through all the plans and cost at a very high level. Thank you Verizon and thank you Adam!

I went in on my off day to see if I could get an upgrade before I take a trip out of country. Adam showed me my options that would fit my needs. Ended up going with the iPhone 17 Pro Max. He made the upgrade seamless, told me about current deals I had on my account and explored all options for me to help minimalize my immediate bill. Very friendly and transparent, made a hour long process seem like mins. Thank you again Adam.

Adam was amazing at helping me get all set up with my new iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. He was very knowledgeable about all my new products. His customer service skills were outstanding. His patience with me being over 50 years old and not that great with electronics was very much appreciated. Thank you Adam Best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon. You deserve a raise and promotion! Keep up the great work!
