Vanessa is amazing! We recently went in to upgrade my phone and add accounts for multiple family members. This was a complicated transaction that took a while. Vanessa was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful from start to finish. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and never made us feel rushed. Will never go back to this store went it for a changer. Paid in cash never got my change or added to my account. Charger did not work at all went back to return it and the guy working there tells me that I can’t get my money back, only my option was a check back or another charger. Worst experience ever they should not take cash if they can’t do a cash return
Arian went above and beyond to help me. I flew in from Utah to go on vacation there and a wave from the ocean electrocuted my phone. I had a flight to catch at noon. I was so frantic because my plane tickets, gps, and entire life was tied to my phone number. There was a lot of security verification I had to do because I’m not from California. Vanessa did an amazing job getting me my new phone!! She did not stop untill she tracked down one of the last Pixel 10 Pro Fold in the state. She then had the phone shipped up from SoCal and had it all ready for me when I picked it up. Vanessa went way above and beyond my expectations and to me proves why the 690 Blossom Hill Rd Verizon store is #1!!
