Inconsistent service!!
Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account on login to Verizon. All of the agents refuse to help me and transfer me.
The customer service here is so inaccurate. Had to revisit the store at least 4 times as I was charge incorrectly and they never provide me services. The initial service was contracted with Jess D but she never followed up with Verizon so my service was never activated. I had to go back and pay $38 again and they never refund me the money saying I needed to call “Verizon” as each brand was privately owned so they would not be able to refund me the money they charged me. I would avoid going there if you can.
The most incompetent, zero motivation group of staff I’ve ever come across. The only member of staff actually willing to assist in this building is Kimberly, everyone else is terrible and will happily waste as much of your time as possible.
This review is not about the service I personally received (we worked with Joe and he was helpful), but about the employee behavior I witnessed toward another customer. An employee (strawberry blonde hair past their shoulders, with bangs) called a name and then essentially told a 93 year old man that she would not be helping him because, “It’s Black Friday.
