I would like to thank Mike for his excellent customer service he provided today. I received a text from Verizon about an upgrade for a free iPhone 16. Mike assisted us with this upgrade and I left the store with a new 16! It’s great to see that there is still great customer service that exist in todays world. Mike is a prime example of that and I hope he gets recognition for it!! I highly recommend the Venice corporate store and Mike, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Mike!!!
