When you go to Verizon asked for TAIFA ! Hands down the best! Upfront, Relatable, Patience, well spoken, friendly, just overall succeeded customer service ! She was not pushy for us to buy but PUSHED for us to get every perk we could 🩷🤏🏽

I have been a member of Verizon more than six years and I moved over to Covington by the southwest area I was already in Covington but was more east and they claimed they serviced my area with home Internet, but my Internet wouldn’t even work not even for my own phone service that is with Verizon so i maybe move and go all the way with AT&T. I would suggest to get a different server maybe AT&T or spectrum for area code 30014
Been with these people for 14 years purchased a product it broke as of last night 12 month warranty and they honored the warranty shipping I'm in the store stay 5 minutes from the store why ship it I'm right here poor management and custom service need to close the whole entire store supposed to be a corporate store
