This was the worst experience. The guy couldn’t explain how my phone that I was trading in gave me a discount (the math did not add up) and he moved about as fast as pond water. He did not offer any help with setting up the phone (even if they charge) or anything else. I just recently upgraded our other phone in Macon. Great experience. They even applied my tempered glass via machine for me. I’d recommend spending the extra few minutes and going to another location besides this one.
I can't remember the name of the person who attended to my needs but on 8/10 I came in with a phone I was trying to get service on after getting my replacement and went above and beyond to make sure I was back up to speed in a timely manner
I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Willonta at Verizon and I must say - his service was nothing short of outstanding!
