A BIG thank you to the Assistant Manager Garnie and staff that assisted my Mother with her phone upgrade and accessories. I am not local, and I needed someone to assist her when her phone broke. I needed to make sure she wasn’t charged anything and all charges went through me. They got her up and running, phone synced within an hour and were so helpful and courteous. What was a stressful situation for me, being out of state, was coordinated seamlessly by Verizon staff at this store!
I’m mad I can’t give them a zero!!!!!$The manger Runson ( not sure if that’s how u spell on his name) but he doesn’t need to be no manager. How you can’t help a customer over the phone like let’s be forever. Never have I ever heard you can’t look up a customers phone number . If you and your employees ( Imani) didn’t want to work or serves today u should’ve stayed home.
The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
Roxie saved our lives in this store! After coming from another store Roxie was able to help us quickly and was VERY nice! The store was nice and neat and clean!! Very satisfied!
