I called this location and talked to Clint, the manager about an extremely frustrating experience after only two months with Verizon, and he was absolutely worthless. I’ve made 5 phone calls and one trip to a Verizon store in 2 days. I was charged $150 dollars for January service, and I only opened this account in February. Customer support told me the charge was incorrect and that it would take 3 business days to be removed.
