I had a problem with my bill. I had purchased my phones from an outside sales rep Who makes some false promises.I came in met with Sean he took care of everything for me and was able to get me some bill credits to get everything corrected. I am completely satisfied and I recommend coming to see Sean
CSR's were helpful and knowledgeable.
Just switched over from at&t and already regret it. They lied about the price of our bill because it is higher than what they originally said. We have also been battling with them to get the gift card that was supposed to be for the payoff of our at&t phone, that we never received. After many visits and phone calls nobody can seem to help us out or wants to. I have submitted the issue resolution form almost a month ago and still have not heard anything back.
