Just switched over from at&t and already regret it. They lied about the price of our bill because it is higher than what they originally said. We have also been battling with them to get the gift card that was supposed to be for the payoff of our at&t phone, that we never received. After many visits and phone calls nobody can seem to help us out or wants to.

This company can’t tell the truth if their life depended on it. They will tell you one thing to get your business and it will end up being the opposite. I was 3 weeks away from staying a year. I just couldn’t take another 2 more years with this company. Always something with the bill for them to offer a price lock guarantee!! A price lock guarantee means the same bill amount every month!! Shoutout to the employees who lived through a nationwide outage yesterday. The exact moment society reverted to caveman behavior. You stayed calm while people acted like Wi-Fi was a human right 🤣. None of it was your fault, yet you took the heat anyway. Y’all deserve hazard pay and a drink!!

Run! Avoid this store at all cost. Worse customer service experience I have had in a long time. Placed online order for instore pick up. Showed up to pick it up and it was not ready. Was told that they would let me know when it is ready. Three days goes by and they cancelled my order because I did not pick it up..............What!?! Never even heard that the order was ready! Ridiculous
