Bunch of crooks, told me that I was going to get at $200 monthly bill by adding more phones and ended up almost $300. Don’t trust these folks neither Verizon. Bad business practices. Please do a favor and go somewhere other than here and Verizon
Not all employees are friendly. When they can't handle things, they will only tell you to call them for support. When I want to try to ask something more, they tell me that they won't do anything for me anymore. All I have to do is call their support and let me leave. I don't recommend this location. You can go to their other location on Cherry Road. They will always think of many ways for you.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. My autistic son urgently needed a phone upgrade for work after his broke. We arrived at 6:30 PM — before the 7 PM closing — and were told they wouldn’t help us and to come back tomorrow.This showed no awareness of ADA accommodation, and the store also lost an easy sale by refusing to assist a customer who arrived before closing. I called the 800 number and they handled it immediately. I won’t be returning to this location.
They lied told me i would get 900 trade in and i did not!
