Just switched over from at&t and already regret it. They lied about the price of our bill because it is higher than what they originally said. We have also been battling with them to get the gift card that was supposed to be for the payoff of our at&t phone, that we never received. After many visits and phone calls nobody can seem to help us out or wants to. I have submitted the issue resolution form almost a month ago and still have not heard anything back. Should be zero stars Cannot do anything in the store except sell you new items, which are cheaper if you call the toll free number Can't tell you anything about plans and what happens if you change them Worse yet they don't care that they are wasting your time
