Run! Avoid this store at all cost. Worse customer service experience I have had in a long time. Placed online order for instore pick up. Showed up to pick it up and it was not ready. Was told that they would let me know when it is ready. Three days goes by and they cancelled my order because I did not pick it up..............What!?! Never even heard that the order was ready! Ridiculous
Great Yarn Selections
I just got the new iPhone at Verizon, and Nakida made the whole process super easy and enjoyable! She really knew her stuff and took the time to walk me through everything. She also introduced me to the Fox One Perk, which I had no idea about — and it’s awesome! I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to make sure I got the most out of my new phone and plan. If you’re thinking about upgrading, definitely ask for Nakida— she is super helpful and makes the experience way better than expected!
