We had such a nice experience at Verizon. Jayla was nothing but respectful and professional. While waiting on the phone transfer we got to share our recent wedding pictures with her. If need anything at this Verizon please see Jayla.
Cameron was fantastic. After 4 calls with Verizon tech support we gave up and went into the store. Cameron looked at my new Ultra 2 watch, diagnosed the problem, and had my new watch working in 15 minutes. I will definitely go back and ask for Cameron again.
Sean was our Salesman and he actually helped us out greatly with pointing my husband in the right direction to fix his phone and helped me get a better deal on my perk bundle and went above and beyond for customers who needed the help highly recommend!!!
Lily helped me quickly and efficiently. She explained fully what my problem was and resolved it immediately. Additionally, she explained what happened , how to fix it and offered her assistance with any future issues
Makai C. .... Took great initiative to help me transfer info and service from one phone to the next, the service didn't take long, and I found pure joy knowing that the services were restored and the new phone completely updated etc.
