Horrible customer service
The reason why we stick with Verizon because of the right people who work there. Since I’ve had my first apple watch 3 years ago and just died recently on me, I ended up trading it in for an upgrade while my husband got his first new smartwatch. The Rep name Chance is such a sweetheart and were able to give his best service answering all our questions and let me try to wear his Ultra watch just to compare what would be suitable and comfortable for my wrist.
