If you come here to get phone beware of some stuff. The manger is not helpful and he’ll just say “there’s nothing we can do.” The employees have not a clue what’s going on or how to do anything. Worst of all you’ll be stuck for two hours! We are dropping Verizon after all of this.

I just visited this location today 4th of july 2026 i really had some questions about my phone service And was wishing that they would log into my account. Ask me for my PIN code so I would have a record of me being there. So before I left I made sure to payed my bill with the kiosk. So hopefully, i will get a Survey on my visit to the store today. I had activation issues after purchasing a new phone. I went into the (HSV West) location and Chance was able to resolve my activation issue in less that 10 mins. He was confident, courteous, friendly and assuring. He was wonderful. Thanks again Chance.
