This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. I came to this Verizon corporate store after following explicit instructions provided by Verizon customer service through the Verizon app chat. My 9 year old knows more than people working there!! Everytime I go there I know I am not gonna get things done easily. After 4 years still the same bad customer service, as soon as I said I am prepaid customer and need a cheap new phone, they couldn't wait to get rid of me...I don't why I am with Verizon. I feel stupid.

I was the victim of identify theft where an account was set up in my name and phones were mailed to me. The staff refused to take the phones that were sent to me, refused to look into the situation, and refused to close the account. Do not expect to deal with helpful staff if you visit this location.
