Kendall did a great job explaining the changes in my phone plan and fixed technical problems between my watch and phone.
Musiza was the BEST! She is very knowledgeable about everything from new phones to different plans and even answered our questions about the Apple Watches. She is super friendly and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She even informed us about deals they had going on which saved us money!
Straightforward experience upgrading my phone
Why offer appointments if there is no incentive? My appointment was at 3, I got here 5 minutes early, and I’m still waiting while the salesperson takes the walkin customers before me. I am fuming. I’m surprised I’m not ablaze with actual fire with the lack of competency in this entire building.
