The reason why we stick with Verizon because of the right people who work there. Since I’ve had my first apple watch 3 years ago and just died recently on me, I ended up trading it in for an upgrade while my husband got his first new smartwatch. I stopped in here a few days ago for help with a carrier lock issue. The employees went above and beyond to help! This place is the definition of excellent customer service.
Well chance lied to my wife and I and had it look like I didn’t pay my AT&T bill off because they were buying out my contract. Well he didn’t follow the correct protocol and they kept telling us we would get a Visa card in the mail to pay it off!
