My daughter and I came in yesterday to get her phone situation taken care. It had been a week since it completely couldn't keep a charge. She had spoken with technical support on the phone but kept getting the run around. We stopped in to see if we could get help but the gentleman called Assurian and them he left her and went home while she was on the phone. I went in Verizon to see if they could do anything to fix my phone. Not only did they put me on the phone with a other associate while in store, the man left in the middle of the service. I hate Verizon. Horrible customer service.
I had several problems with my Samsung phone , After seeing the advertisement for a free Google 10 pro phone for any old or new customers I decided to switch. Tom and Viet worked on my Samsung phone prior and still had problems so I wanted the Google pro , Carla waited on me and gave me a Google 10 , even though Tom told her the day before to give me the Google 10 pro and the cost would be 55.00 . Thought I was treated honestly until I got my first bill after my visit! Bill doubled!! Karla and Manager its free! BS! 1st chance I get, done with Verizon! I called corporate and they are going to look into this! Check everything they will steal you blind!
