I went to the Archer store Sat July 5 to get the ultimate plan with 200 GB hot spot and they said there was no plan. I drive all the way to Newberry spent 2 hrs there..Vladsmire did not tell me he changed my number.. didn't give me a receipt, I had to ask for it. Didn't know how to unlock my phone. I had to call CC. TUES NITE I go to use hot spot and had to call awful customer service robot and told I reached my limit. I was so disgusted. T-Mobile set me up today, July 9, in 30 mins.
