Went to the Verizon store next to the Oaks mall today and they were seriously the best. Volodymyr helped me upgrade my phone and made the whole thing super easy. Transferred all my stuff without any hiccups and helped with savings on my plan. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Big thanks!!!
Never again! With their corporate money schemes. After my parents had them over 15 years they scammed them....
UPDATE- don’t let them fool you by their response below that they will take care of you. Filled out the info from the link they provided and nothing. No response, no update, nothing. Just a ploy to try and make them look good. Horrible customer service at this location. Have had two encounters with Andre who is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I went to the Archer store Sat July 5 to get the ultimate plan with 200 GB hot spot and they said there was no plan. I drive all the way to Newberry spent 2 hrs there..Vladsmire did not tell me he changed my number.. didn't give me a receipt, I had to ask for it. Didn't know how to unlock my phone. I had to call CC. TUES NITE I go to use hot spot and had to call awful customer service robot and told I reached my limit. I was so disgusted. T-Mobile set me up today, July 9, in 30 mins.
