I truly cannot thank Queen, Mike, and Ari enough for the exceptional service they provided. My husband and I were dealing with major issues switching from AT&T to Verizon, and they went above and beyond to help us. This location only they pay their employees by the hour as they should, instead of exploiting them based on commissions. This is a great store, and we worked with Mr Jamel Letang today who was phenomenal. I can't remember the last time a cell phone experience had such low stress and such great results. Will absolutely come back and ask for him.
