What a great store! The salesman, Dennis, was really helpful when I needed to return a phone because my Dad died. There was no drama or difficulty. It seemed to me the manager (I did not get his name) was running things smoothly and making sure each employee in the room was able to do his job. Went to the Verizon store next to the Oaks mall today and they were seriously the best. Volodymyr helped me upgrade my phone and made the whole thing super easy. Transferred all my stuff without any hiccups and helped with savings on my plan. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Big thanks!!!
Never again! With their corporate money schemes. After my parents had them over 15 years they scammed them....
