Talk about terrible customer service. Went In with an issue they said they can fix it but my bill was passed due (2 days) and they said I needed to pay it in order to fix it so I did. They then took my phone added a second esim and the issue wasn't fixed and was told to call customer service because they can't fix it. Who Else Has Experienced The Decline of Verizon. '2024-2026 Verizon has been a terrible experience for me and my family and others I've spoken to that are and were Verizon account holders. I have had multiple days throughout the year where I had zero coverage for over 24 hours each time, not good when you rely on your home Internet or using your smartphone for your job and running your business. Rude employee there didn't catch his name.
Customer service here is really bad. We were given false information, went to two other verizon stores because by the time we realized that our internet had actually not been upgraded this store was already closed, and both of these stores corroborated that we were given false information by Librado at this initial store. I returned today to let them know the info they gave us was false, and that we were not receiving the internet speed we upgraded to.
