Had a great experience here all thanks to Kaleb. He was helpful, kind, and a very down to earth human being. He helped us make new plans, set up a new device, and even identified some things that we could do to lower our monthly bill. The inside was clean and they had a lot of really cool devices out on display, but no one pushed us into anything and no one talked down to us. This is the Verizon store I'll be choosing in the future, 100%. ☺️

I dont believe I've ever had this bad of a shopping experience! Walked in with the full intention to get a new phone and plan and so happily walked out with nothing. The salesperson i delt with was like a terrible shady used car salesperson! He had no facts, told me lies i seen right through, and even tried to talked me out of what I wanted!

Absolutely wonderful customer service !!!! My wife and I are in our late 70s and went to this store to check on our phone bill and to look into getting new phones. An employee, a very nice young lady named Ana, took care of us. Ana was just terrific. So friendly, so helpful, so knowledgeable. And so patient with two "old" people who know very little about cell phone technology. With Ana's expert help, we got two new phones.
