I came into turn in a phone for a trade in I had done and the sales guy strong armed me into changing my phone plan. I said no probably 10 times before I finally gave up and he promised me multiple times that I wouldn't lose my free Disney plus and my bill would go down and of course I did lose Disney the bill went up. When I called customer service they weren't able to fix it so now my bill is going up. DON'T shop here. Save yourself the trouble and go to any of the other Verizons in the area.
