Marvin is exactly what you want in a store manager. I was so frustrated when I arrived at his store, I was ready to find a new carrier. But Marvin was calm, polite, professional, friendly, and unbelievably competent and knowledgeable! He fixed a problem that I thought was hopeless. Personally my service here wasnt the worst Ive ever had, but it was far from the best. Today what I witnessed from store employees was disgusting. An older gentleman came in to pay his bill. He was greeted in a timely manner (not normal, especially if they are busy at all). He mentioned he wante to pay his bill and the employee directed him to a self service kiosk. The elderly gentleman mentioned he wasn't the best with technology and wanted someone to help in person. Again the employee directed him to the kiosk. Mind you he... read more

By far, the worst customer service a person could ever have. There used to be tablet to sign yourself in or a someone to greet you at the door. This is non-existent. When I got there it took several minutes for someone to greet us and when they did it wasn't welcoming. There were 2 other people sitting waiting and all tables full. As they were serving other customers I didn't bother to "run up" to the man who was assisting someone; I waited patiently. I've been with Verizon 7 years and have had very few issues until I moved a week ago, a few blocks from this store. I have No service, zero, nothing where I live. Spent hours on the phone with AI, no help. Finally got a live rep, again, no help. Maybe had she called back like she was supposed to, but no. Can't call you unless I walk a block from my apartment. I pay $86 for data, and your rude sales rep are trying to SELL me another unlimited plan, more $$$$. I just need service where I'm at. I've tried tech calls, it's only ... read more

Sierra was exceptionally helpful, prompt, professional, and courteous. We came to him with a unique issue needing a last-minute phone, and he problem-solved with us until we had the most appropriate, cost-saving plan possible. He helped us with not only the issue we arrived with, but also identified necessary updates and overpayment of unused services we had with our current plan. We're very grateful to Sierra and so pleased to have worked with him!
