Unable to receive my mother’s deathbed call due to this recent outage. Poor business gonna swap all my 6 lines Terrible service of a company with there black out spending all day literally to repair.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Tara!! You took what was a horrible experience trying to upgrade my phone and turned it in to a fabulous experience! I will not go to anyone else again. It was already a stressful time with the passing of my grandmother and I was about ready to give up on Verizon. They should give you a raise!!

Walked around and sat in the store for half an hour. No one said hi or asked if I needed anything. One guy came out of the back while I was sitting there and just proceeded to sit on his phone and not once look around to see if any customers need help. He didn't look up from his phone once in almost 15 minutes. I came in to see about trading in my phone, but I guess no one there wants to do any business. Leading sales guy was sour and definitely not into helping customers he made it clear he was a salesman. Manager was a great upgrade and he took me from beginning until end. I could tell he was accustomed to taking on this guy's mess and never tried to find out why we had a beef. Good help is hard to find.
