Tera provided great service, reviewed our account, saving us almost 60.00 per month, on un necessary add ons recently included on recent upgrades. This is one of the best sales experiences in my 18 years with Verizon. Tera was friendly, helpful with a great sense of humor. She went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience!!
