Plenty of parking. Locker pick up was very easy. Store was well stocked. In and out with no problems.
Great Staff, got me set up with my 17 pro quickly with no hassle and even helped me fix some issues on my account while I was there. Always helpful when I come in!
Representatives here run a deceitful practice of over promising on plan pricing just to sell a phone, however when it comes time to implement the plan the pricing goes sky high. We were scammed into a "free" phone when a line was transferred to Verizon and to come back in a week to finalize the deal which would be cheaper monthly than current. When we returned to complete the process, the reps pulled the whole car salesman scam by going out back to "work the pricing" and could not bring the costs down to the previous carrier... read more
Best VZ store. I just left. It’s 440pm on a Sunday. Went to return my phone. Was greeted quickly and out within 5min. This is the 2nd time. I drive from Germantown here because it’s the only store that doesn’t mess with you.
