I went into this store this morning and the young lady who greeted us was so rude and snippy! I have had Verizon for 20 years. Thinking of switching to T Mobile
honestly a waste of time to even come to this location if you need help with any of your electronics. These people are not trained at all on how to handle electronics. My 2 year old know more about phones than these people. Just call customer service. I don't know why these locations even exist other than Verizon to feel good about themselves about have warm bodies stealing air and the money I pay to Verizon for their services, since these microorganisms working here offer no services whatsoever.
I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience with the business section at this Verizon store has been extremely disappointing. A year ago, business rep Christopher Stapleton provided me with an internet device, explicitly stating that there was no contract or agreement and that I could return it anytime if I didn’t like it. The lady was very coz we got phone from somewhere else they waisted our time making us wait the lady opened the door and said u guys can leave since u on the road no good service
