We had an issue with transferring accounts and the store manager, Marissa, was so patient and helpful. She was very caring and took the time to help even though it was a hard process. My family really appreciated the compassion she showed us during a difficult time. She made our day. Thank you!

Verizon provides very poor service, the payment for my new phone and new line was deducted from my account and when I called they forwarded the call and then disconnected the call automatically. When I went to Verizon store they said go to Laguna Verizon store. When I went there they said if you have to call then you people don't feel like working then why do you sit there and use the phone all day long, you people cannot help, I don't know why Verizon keeps such employees in its store. I moved from AT&T to Verizon and Allan helped me transfer over smoothly. He saved me money and helped me a lot. He set up my auto pay and got me a discount on my netflix and hbo. And also explain to me that I now have international calling. Great man!
