I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this is gotta be the era of low quality customer care I have been to this place four times the last three times in the past 2 to 3 weeks I have been directed to come back and I’ve also been instructed that they will call me when a simple Apple Watch cellular connection can be resolved I have come back now four times and this time was even more frustrating when the rep indicated that now they cannot even call me back and that I should not come back, but I should just call the one 800 num... read more

I’ve been going to this location since it opened up years ago. Whether I’m coming in with an issue or to upgrade my phone the staff is always fantastic, patient, and knowledgeable. Sometimes you have to wait for service, but it’s always been worth it. There are a couple managers there, they’re all superb. This is the only Verizon I’ll go to in the area.

After being told that my non-working phone just needed a software reboot and leaving, I had to return to the store immediately with a dead phone. I was then told it was a screen issue and I could take it to get fixed, upgrade (300 + $), or pay 50 (thank you insurance) to get a phone overnighted to my home. I chose the overnight option. The phone did not arrive. I then spent over an hour on the phone with customer service saying that I was not given the correct information and that the replacement phone would arrive tomorrow.... read more
