Absolutely horrible customer experience. This is the 3rd time I’ve been in this store location. The first time, they couldn’t help me because I had a business line. The second time, same issue. The third time, I wanted to trade in my phone for an upgrade and was told they don’t carry phones in stock behind they basic storage iPhone phone so they couldn’t even offer me a phone that I currently have. I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location. The staff was not honest about the product and services they sold me, and I later realized I was signed up for something I did not need or ask for. Important details were either left out or misrepresented, which feels extremely misleading. I trusted the employee to give me accurate information, and instead I walked out with extra charges that were unnecessary. This feels more like a sales tactic than customer service. had a great experience! our phones/phone plan was switched quick and Matthew was super helpful and funny
Matthew Jacob Vega was awesome!! With this major problem with Verizon he was able to reset my phone in under 2 minutes! After not being able to use my phone for a day and a half and waiting on hold for customer service last night for over an hour and a half with no response, Matthew was a godsend!!
