This doesn't even deserve a star. When I went to buy phones, they treated me like I was the best, and today, when I went to get my screen protector warranty replaced, they treated me like I was trying to rob the store. They were rude and showed no interest in helping me. I had to wait for almost two hours. It was horrible. I'm leaving Verizon
Horrible Service! On date March 2nd, I recommend not coming here. Store manager can’t install a screen protector on a iphone 15 . Worst manager ever guy with a beard
