Megan and Cleveland were both so helpful the other day. I walked in right before close and was in desperate need of help to get my iPhone backed up and eSIM activated. They were both kind enough to assist me with this and make sure everything was set up before sending me out. Very kind and helpful people, I appreciated their hospitality and patience while helping me.
I've gone to this Verizon store multiple times over the last few weeks with questions about phone upgrades and services. We worked with Tim mostly and he was very helpful. Meg also helped us. The process of upgrading our phones was very easy

Oh wow Verizon was great, I went in to pay my phone bill then the I got an upgrade on my Internet and a new box. It was a very great experience today learning new additional services and free phones. I’m not one to remember names but that guy had such great personality, good vibes and knew his job well. He could have bought me for some thousands with his conversation and attentive to all my questions.
