Came in after a nightmare situation with T-Mobile customer service. Meagan R took very good care of us in a heightened emotions time. Customer service is definitely her strongsuit, and I will not be going anywhere else! Most times going to a phone store is equivilant to being dragged to Guantanimo Bay, Meagan R made it literally the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying anything.
I went into the Elmhurst Verizon store and was assisted by Mathew Vega. He was great! Knowledgeable and very willing to help. We need more Mathew’s out there!
