Went to get a hotspot for my new office. Got great service from Hannah. Thanks, on my way with great internet in my new office!
Worst verizon! Came in to store to get a new phone as marketed and they required me to trade in my old phone and that is not specified nowhere! Guess just had to do it online and not wasting my time coming to store
Customer service was horrendous they need to be shut down and I complain while I was at the store terrible customer service
