"The store has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with customer service. My eldest sister was trying to purchase a phone, but the focus was constantly on me. It felt awkward as they kept trying to add her to an account that I don't even have. It almost felt like there was pressure to make a purchase, which made the experience uncomfortable."
Manuel was so helpful, professional and kind. He was kind to my daughter, and made us both feel comfortable. He made for such a smooth transition for me, and helped me with an insurance claim. Will absolutely come back to this store!

Trash Customer service…I’m not the only one that walked out. Stood in the lobby after being checked in for over 15 mins. No one said a word to me after checking me in. Maybe that’s just how they react to customers at this location. Go the Verizon on 635 before wasting your time here.
