Great friendly ppl n helped me with an Great attitude
I went in aggravated bc I was shipped a network locked phone to a different provider from Verizon but the team in there was AMAZING! They did everything they could to help me and made sure I left with a new, WORKING phone!! Will absolutely be going back there for anything I need!!!
Well credit where credit is due. I left another Verizon store earlier pretty unhappy with the complete lack of service etc. Went to the East Main location in Spartanburg and I have to say I got what I feel is amazing service. Quick, knowledgeable and helpful. That's way mor e like it. Ended up walking out with my new S25 Ultra.
