Megan provided a pleasant and thorough customer experience! She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, & wonderful to work with!
I had a technical issue that was self-inflicted and couldn't even use my phone to call Verizon so I went down to the store and Joe spent about an hour putting my phone back into working condition for me. Is concern was genuine as was the managers concerned and I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure that I could get back into contact with the planet.
