They make it hard too get on the line too wait for customer service and speak too a human took me 30mins too get past AI. Their website keeps saying our account don't exist. Want too get autopsay but they work against you in every way, too avoid speaking too a human. Thank you come again! Yall want paid right? Great people to work with!
Walked in after HOURS on my phone with both comcast and Samsung. A few additional hours on my own, copying/doing what the Samsung guy did (he tried!). Into the store and Sara wasn't certain she could help me... BUT she did! I'm a senior with zero help. She said "we get a lot of those!!!!". Thank you!
