When busy instead of asking there customers what they are in for they just put you on the list to wait no communication on wait time or anything. If they had also asked us what phone we wanted to potentially upgrade to we would not have sat there for an hour and a half just to find out they didnt have it in stock and had to have them order it for us. Thank very much to Chelsea who helped me work through setting up my new phone that was giving a lot of issues due the software malfunction. After 40 minutes of problems I asked if we could get a different phone since the new one was still not working right. A little upset- I also said I wasn’t paying a restocking fee since I didn’t touch the phone yet. She went to the manager, rich (or Rick)- to get the ok. I had a technical issue that was self-inflicted and couldn't even use my phone to call Verizon so I went down to the store and Joe spent about an hour putting my phone back into working condition for me. Is concern was genuine as was the managers concerned and I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure that I could get back into contact with the planet.
