Ora is phenomenal! I called for an issue that couldn’t get resolved over the phone with general customer service and she went above and beyond and she ACTUALLY REMEMBERED US FROM FOUR (4) MONTHS AGO! She deserves a raise, praise and recognition for truly being the BEST PART OF VERIZON! Thank you so much Ora!

The team was very helpful. While my cell phone activation itself left something to be desired, the team and Ora specifically do not stop trying to find a solution to get me taken care of. She really helped taking a rough situation and made it bearable

Brought 2 phones and two IPads and was charged over 550 for 6 lines total. Then trying to make me seem crazy by stating I authorized it and did not authorize it.

I want to personally thank Ora Rosenbaum again for her passion and commitment. I hope Verizon recognizes and learns from her expertise to further improve the customer experience. At the end of the day, Ora’s actions retained a Verizon customer—and I look forward to many more years as one.

Excellent Experience at Verizon thanks to John and Sean! Both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question I had, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed! Their customer service was top-notch, friendly, and professional.
