I had an excellent experience with Spence. He helped me with two of my phones, that included trading in my A16, retiring my S24 Ultra, that I'm gifting, and I purchased the new Fold8 Ultra. He also assisted me with transferring all of my data and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beware of this store. They add a new line without your consent. My daughter went to upgrade her phone to a new iPhone 17. My daughter asked about the trade in of her old phone. She was told her iPhone 14 was only worth $100 and advices not to trade in. Instead the sales lady Diamantra Fulmore added a new line into her old phone without her knowing. After I called to complain, she makes it look like she was doing my daughter a favor with a real bad attitude. Next time, skip these authorized Verizon stores and just get the upg... read more

We purchased three new phones, but two of them would not transfer data. The entire team, especially the manager, were SO helpful in making them work and letting us understand it was a tech issue, not operator error. We spent about 90 minutes in there waiting for update and they very kind, even showing us how to make an emoji/sticker of our dog! We went in pretty frustrated and left in a much better place. Thanks

Exceptional service! Dee went above and beyond to resolve a complex setup issue, dedicating hours over two days to make sure everything was working perfectly. I truly couldn’t have done it without her, thank you for going the extra mile.
