Have been to this location a couple of times with issues with my phone and my accounts. I’ve had uniformly good experiences. Johmannie was patient and very good at figuring out a problem that had been bugging me for weeks. And the manager there is excellent.

John Grant one of their sales professionals is the Man! Got me a new phone quickly and made the whole process as simple as can be. The whole staff was friendly, highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you!

My experience was awful, frustrating, and humiliating. The rep told me "I was very much annoying him" when he didn't understand the issue I was having. He actually belittled me for having a phone with Verizon service that I purchased online. He didn't want to help me unless I bought a different phone from the store! I left in tears and without a working phone. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! I got a "response", apologizing, and inviting me back after my initial review. No offer to help or make it right. We had a great experience with Tim! We came in to start a new plan for our family of 6 and he helped us transfer existing phone numbers over from multiple different carriers, get set up with brand new phones, and honored a deal they were offering online. He was super helpful and informative the entire process and even helped us add on phone protection for less than $3 a month. He stayed late to help us finish our transaction and made the whole process run smoothly. Thank you Tim!!!!
