I came in to this store this morning and the guy was rude and not helpful At All! Someone had added a device onto my acct fraudulently and the guy said their was nothing he could do about it.. not to mention very immature and the atmosphere was not welcoming at all…

Reading the reviews I really dodged a bullet not working here. Terrible hiring experience, obvious racism. Good luck with your awful employees ripping people off
I should have read the comments before coming here. Most definitely the staff is more concerned about sales than providing good customer service. My account got all messed up and I have to call and get this fixed now.
