Verizon as a company is painful for a lot of reasons, but the people at this store are AMAZING!! They truly are experts! They are so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Make sure to go see Jamonnie and Anthony, they are absolute rockstars that will make your day.
After my experience, I completely understand why this location has such a low rating. I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon corporate store on S. King’s Dr. We first visited on Friday to set up new service, and the assistant manager, Sean, helped us. He came across as a smooth talker, but a lot of the information he gave us about perks and features turned out to be inaccurate. Great experience with Specialist Tim Cooper! We were in Charlotte visiting from TN when I had problems with my iPhone. Tim was very welcoming, patient & suggested a clear plan to get us the best deal on an upgrade. We are long time Verizon customers & Tim made us feel like Verizon wants to keep us...not just chase new customers. I highly recommend you speak with Tim. He knows the ins & out of the plans & will guide you in the right direction! He encourages questions & is a willing teacher.

Have been to this location a couple of times with issues with my phone and my accounts. I’ve had uniformly good experiences. Johmannie was patient and very good at figuring out a problem that had been bugging me for weeks. And the manager there is excellent.
