My husband and I were incredibly pleased with the customer service/support from our sales rep, Zachary. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very patient with us as I chose a new phone and became a Verizon customer. We highly recommend this location for a professional team experience.
Zach was very helpful when setting up a new phone for our daughter. He was knowledgeable and friendly, able to answer any questions we had. We were repeat customers and we will definitely come back to this location with any of our future phone needs!
