Went in today to get a new phone. Zach helped me immediately and got it set up and running. I was informed that I could not just pay for my phone outright but it had to be financed on my bill. However, in 30 days, I could come back and just pay it then. After leaving the store I got an email from Verizon welcoming me to their mobile protection plan that I did not sign up for. Zachary and the beautiful lady helping us were amazing! They were personable, kind, and helped us save money. They didn’t try and “sell” us on anything, they actually told us we were getting kind of ripped off before that. I will now go to thi Verizon for everything.
