​We recently switched our service provider and came here to get a family plan with three phones. Overall, we are really happy with the service we received! ​The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to address all our questions and concerns, making sure we were comfortable with our new plan. Walked in to the store, sales person didnt seem to happy I walked in at 530pm when they close at 6pm. My intentions were to get a new phone but wanted to see if they can check my phone if it had any issues, or the area I was in had any outage. The lady kept saying if you have your memory full it wont let you download. I told her my memory on my phone is empty I have no videos or pictures. First of all I just want to give a big thanks to Johnny and Luis. They both were such a big help as soon as I walked into the Verizon I was greeted by Luis I told him what my problem was and he quickly looked to Johnny who assisted me because he was currently busy with handling another customer issue.
