Excellent service from JOSE! needed to connect & transfer my info to my new phone. Very patient, understanding and answered ALL my questions. Very knowledgeable individual with great manners.
Came in at 10:15am on a Saturday and the store was locked up and not open. The opening hours need to be adjusted on google.
We recently switched our service provider and came here to get a family plan with three phones. Overall, we are really happy with the service we received! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to address all our questions and concerns, making sure we were comfortable with our new plan. Walked in to the store, sales person didnt seem to happy I walked in at 530pm when they close at 6pm. My intentions were to get a new phone but wanted to see if they can check my phone if it had any issues, or the area I was in had any outage. The lady kept saying if you have your memory full it wont let you download. I told her my memory on my phone is empty I have no videos or pictures.
