Went in to upgrade my phone this afternoon based on an email promotion directly from Verizon. Male store clerk was beyond rude & ignorant and refused to even listen to anything I said. He claimed if his tablet didn't show any promos I had to pay full price. I tried to explain he walked away & treated me with total disrespect. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years & have never once encountered such rude employees like at this particular location.
