Fantastic service! I was checked in with immediately after walking in, all the employees were incredibly patient, hospitable, and helpful, and Sebastian explained all of the promotions so well anf checked with us the next day over the phone.

I made two visits within the span of one hour. Phone was lost and could not be found. Our family has an unused line and phone. I requested to have unused line on the lost phone so I could put my current number on the extra phone at my initial visit. The Verizon team member was extremely pleasant, helpful, especially when I was not thinking very clearly due to my frustrations over the current situation.
