Went there for troubleshooting our devices and they were not able to help. Why have a physical store and thenlimit someone's ability to help your customers.
Very disappointed, went in a couple weeks ago to get the new iPhone 17. A lot of issues, going to go get the phone in the back, syncing everything to my phone, etc. My iPhone 14 Pro Max had a plan that had free Apple Music. No one told me that going into this new phone I wouldn’t have the same plan, so NO Apple Music. In order to go back to my old phone I have to pay $50, which is fine, but I still WILL NOT have my old plan back.
