Quickly got the help that I needed
My mom and dad went there earlier, the employees never came to them and ask anything they were there for like 10 minutes and nobody asked or spoke to them they’re purposely ignoring them and they felt discriminated because there was no reason for the employees to have been ignoring their customers.
Colleen is the best! She’s so friendly and helpful. She helped us upgrade our phones several months ago and remembered me when I came in today for help with a few things. She’s super chill and patient but also very efficient and had me out the door in no time.
Chermo was outstanding. He helped us find the best plan for our family, and when we ran into issues getting one of the new phones activated, he worked with us; resolving the issue when calling verizon tech support directly proved unfruitful.
