If I could give a place zero stars I would. I went in the other day because I had received a bill in the mail for a phone plan I had never signed up for(I have been with ATT for over 20 years). I went into to confirm that the number and account were in fact legit before I started all the paperwork for identity theft including filing a police report as the Verizon website says I need to do in order to file the claim with them. Been here twice to work out swapping phones. Very helpful staff and plenty of space to sort out things on your phone even if they are busy. Seems like the employees are treated well and were happy to be at work. They are what gets a place five stars. Apologies to both employees whose names I did not ask. The help with a phone charge was immensely appreciated during a stressful day.

I went in to look for a new phone. It was a snowy day do the place was empty. The lady there was so rude to me I took my business else where. Its sad you guys were the best across the land and turned onto shit as she advised you cant do home internet as well. So maybe you should get it together

I am a Business Cellular customer. We are no longer able to get ahold of our Business Rep. I called customer service and they scheduled an appointment with someone at this location to call me. Nobody called and after I called back, nobody returned my call. Verizon customer service is TERRIBLE. I am looking at terminating our business service with them and moving our entire account to AT&T.
