I went in to look for a new phone. It was a snowy day do the place was empty. The lady there was so rude to me I took my business else where. Its sad you guys were the best across the land and turned onto shit as she advised you cant do home internet as well. So maybe you should get it together
I am a Business Cellular customer. We are no longer able to get ahold of our Business Rep. I called customer service and they scheduled an appointment with someone at this location to call me. Nobody called and after I called back, nobody returned my call. Verizon customer service is TERRIBLE. I am looking at terminating our business service with them and moving our entire account to AT&T.
Non existent customer service. Horrible experience.
Younger lite hair girl, so disrespectful to elders, she got her training from the big eard been there a while co worker. This kind of behavior could be dangerous to other employees and customers.
