If I could give this zero stars I would. The rep lied to me telling me I had to pay my phone off before trading it in and I was already at a different Verizon store and they said I could trade it in without paying it off then he told me that 16 pro max is discontinued and my app was allowing me to purchase one. Mind you The 16 Pro Max is in fact in stock and not discontinue. He told me that the system wasn’t registering the right stock and that the order would get kicked back after submitted. Employees were not helpful in getting Fios properly. I could have done the same thing from my house. They generated a code and then walked me up to a computer screen where I did the same steps I would have done from home. They were kind enough, but what is the point of offering Fios from the store if the employees don't actual help you make sure its done properly.

They were very helpful in my time of need. I appreciate the worker that helped me but I don't remember his name. Thank you for taking care of the deactivation for my brother's phone.
