If I could give this zero stars I would. The rep lied to me telling me I had to pay my phone off before trading it in and I was already at a different Verizon store and they said I could trade it in without paying it off then he told me that 16 pro max is discontinued and my app was allowing me to purchase one. Mind you The 16 Pro Max is in fact in stock and not discontinue. He told me that the system wasn’t registering the right stock and that the order would get kicked back after submitted.
