My mom and I came in to our upgrade our phones today. Katherine was our sales associate. She was nice. However, I am only giving a 3 star review because we were in there for about 2.5 hours because we activated our phones there ourselves. If we had her do it, it would’ve been $50, and we weren’t paying that. What a day (three days actually)! After I switched my phone carrier I encountered a connection problem. After trying to resolve it with online agents, I finally went into a store for help. The assistant manager Brian C. came up to me immediately and asked how he could help me. I told him that I had no cell or text service. He was extremely patient with me and stayed with me the entire time, which was close to three and a half hours. He was relentless and just wouldn't give up. He figured it out and fixed it!!
