Been to the store twice, The first time is when we started the account and we couldn’t get the phones turned on and spent hours every day for over a week on the phone trying to figure out the status of a new account. We were told that there’s two shell accounts and that we should just keep waiting to see if the phone arrives in the mail. I had already poured my number over to Verizon a week prior so I was without a phone for a week. My mom and I came in to our upgrade our phones today. Katherine was our sales associate. She was nice. However, I am only giving a 3 star review because we were in there for about 2.5 hours because we activated our phones there ourselves. If we had her do it, it would’ve been $50, and we weren’t paying that.
