What a day (three days actually)! After I switched my phone carrier I encountered a connection problem. After trying to resolve it with online agents, I finally went into a store for help. The assistant manager Brian C. came up to me immediately and asked how he could help me. I told him that I had no cell or text service. Lazy employees 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE and it’s a corporate office!!! DON’T go there expecting any help!!! Verizon should shut the store down
I am not really one to leave a review, but here I will. i walked in this store and i was greeted by Naas, Automatically I said dude I’m so sorry i honestly had a crappy couple days, and I explained. I told him I was paying almost $200 a month for my ONE line at T-Mobile, And I wanted to switch! This man got my phone bill down to about $100 for ONE LINE.We also had a minor issue, but he did get it fixed for me… He was super patient with me and my personal situation I was going through.
