On 1/21/26 around 2:00–2:15 PM, I walked into this Verizon store to upgrade one of my business lines. I’ve been a long-time Verizon customer and my entire business setup is through Verizon (cell phones, office landline, answering service, and internet). My office manager was with me and planned to upgrade her personal line at the same time. I order a new phone upgrade online and pick up my order in a lock box. Very convenient easy peasy no wait.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Every time we go we are there 3 to 4 hours
Tyler Southards from the Cave Springs Verizon (3791 Veterans Memorial Pkwy Ste 840) showed exceptional customer service. We switched from ATT to Verizon, after 20+ years, and had many questions. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. He even came in on his day off because it was a day our kids could come in as well. I have zero reservations about switching to Verizon and I hope Tyler gets recognized for his hard work.
