I don't even know where to begin. I live in Tangier, Morocco. I keep my Verizon service bc I have other people on my account. For some reason, when I travel back to the united states in back to morocco I lose the ability to receive phone calls. Came in to try and get questions answered about my service, All they wanted to do was push me into a contract thru them at that store. Completely ignoring my questions about my problems. Find another source to get answers rather than this location. Cared less about answering my questions and solving my issues, it was all about what they wanted from me.
I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jeff at the Mid Rivers store. If you want great customer service and awesome sales associate to go above and beyond for you Jeff is the person you need to see! On 1/21/26 around 2:00–2:15 PM, I walked into this Verizon store to upgrade one of my business lines. I’ve been a long-time Verizon customer and my entire business setup is through Verizon (cell phones, office landline, answering service, and internet).
